Dear Artist, Crafter and Food Vendors,

The Webster Arts and Crafts Extravaganza, the Webster Education Foundation has returned the planning of this great event to the Webster Area Chamber of Commerce.

 

We are excited to again host this gathering on the Saturday before Memorial Day which is Saturday May 23rd, 2026.

The craft fair will be held at the same outside location as last year on the Webster High School Soccer Fields.

Applications from returning vendors must be postmarked by March 31st, 2026 to be guaranteed a site. Returning vendors will be assigned the same space as last year unless you request a different area. We will try to honor as many site location requests as possible.
